### Instructions for Use
1. Trim it to a suitable size according to your mouth shape.
2. Soak the mouthguard in hot water at around 70–75°C for 30 seconds.
3. Insert the clear plug, place the mouthguard in your mouth and bite down gently (do not bite it too deeply).
4. Press it firmly with your hands and tongue for 30 seconds, then take it out, remove the clear plug and put it into cold water to set.
5. Molding is completed.
